Many conditions that can affect your childs ability to be sucessful in school were not listed on the previous pages.  At PBL we want to see all our children have the chance to thrive in the school enviroment.  If your child suffers from a chornic condition and you feel that they may need some special consideration during the school day, we encourage you to contact your schools administrator.  We would be happy to set up a meeting to determine what accomidations we can provide to better serve your child's needs.

 

Remember, chornic illness and requirements can change throughout your child's life time.  Keeping your childs school informed of these changes can help us better care for your childs while they are here at school with us.
